Haman Has Infiltrated!

Updated: 2 days ago

Iran, ancient Persia, is convulsing. The streets are burning, the people are rising, and a tyrannical regime built on terror is trembling at its own foundations. But there’s another

pertinent Purim story unfolding outside of Tehran. It is happening in America. In our churches. And it is unfolding in a way that is far more masked and far more dangerous than anything on the evening news.

We know the Purim story. It is a story about power, propaganda, and the ancient, recurring impulse to demonize God’s covenant people. Haman did not raise an army. He raised a narrative. He walked into the throne room with the confidence of a man who had already won the argument in his own mind, and laid out his case.

“There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom. Their laws are different from those of every other people, and they do not keep the king’s laws, so that it is not to the king’s profit to tolerate them. If it please the king, let it be decreed that they be destroyed” (Esther 3:8-9).

Can you hear the echoes? “These people are everywhere.” “They are responsible for everything bad that has ever happened.” “They follow a different law.” “They are immoral.” Haman was not waving a sword; he was crafting a story. And that spirit is alive and well today.

Last month, Lou Engle, a man who has filled stadiums with hundreds of thousands of believers, hosted a conference in Colorado Springs. The theme was simple and courageous: “Confronting Antisemitism.” Seventy percent of all online comments surrounding it were hateful and anti-Jewish. Not from the secular world. From professing Christians. Engle himself said publicly, “I had no idea the rage of the comments we’d get over the name.” Just the name was enough to unleash a flood of vitriol from within the Body of Christ.

In June of 2025, The Israel Guys tried to hold a pro-Israel event in Texas. Pro-Hamas activists threatened violence, and the event was shut down. In America. In Texas.

Today, the most prominent voices in the nation peddle anti-Jewish narratives that have not circulated so freely since the darkest chapters of European history, and they do it wearing the name of Yeshua. A decade ago, the American Church was apathetic toward Israel. Today, something far worse has taken root. A generation has been Hamas-educated, Qatar-funded, and discipled by influencers. And they call themselves followers of the Prince of Peace.

This is the Purim war of our generation. The spirit of Haman, ancient, patient, and cunning, working its way through the bloodstream of the Western Church. The edict is being written, not in ink, but in algorithms, podcasts, and pulpit silence. And the question Esther had to answer, we must answer now: What will you do for such a time as this?

This is the work of Israel Lighthouse for the Nations. Our vision is to make disciples of all nations. Our niche is Hebraic discipleship for non-Jews through a living, breathing connection with the literal Land and People of Israel. Our mission is to equip Churches and families with discipleship resources and to disciple through online courses and on the ground at our Learning Center in Samaria. We believe this is a critical, timely lifeline to the Church today.

You know us well. You have seen our willingness to follow God's call and be faithful to Him. You know we are not in this for ourselves. So, I want to ask you something directly, as a friend. Will you join our monthly support team?

The work is urgent, there's so much to, and I need you to stand with us in it. A monthly gift, at whatever level you are currently able, is what is needed for Israel Lighthouse to move forward in strength. Our goal is to reach 70 monthly donors, representing the 70 biblical nations (Genesis 10), by the beginning of the biblical new year on March 19th.

Esther did not wait for a more convenient season. She went. She stood. And the edict was reversed. The Esthers of this generation are not defined by gender or geography. They are defined by courage, covenant love, and a refusal to be silent when the people of God are under fire.

Haman has infiltrated the body of Messiah in America.

Join our monthly support team to take an active role in stopping the lies and discipling the nations in God's truth!

Shalom from Israel,
